PDF Editor Privacy Policy

Documents stay in your workspace

PDFs, imported images, scans, recognized text, annotations, signatures, passwords, bookmarks, and folders are processed on your device. This version does not upload document contents to our servers or an AI service. Files leave the app when you choose to export, share, or print them. A receiving app or service processes shared files under its own policies. Device backups, including iCloud backups you enable, are controlled by your Apple settings.

Purchases and subscription services

Apple processes payments and subscription transactions. We do not receive your payment card information. We use Adapty to process subscription-related data and understand subscription performance. This includes pseudonymous installation/profile identifiers, app and device information, product identifiers, and transaction details such as purchase, renewal, expiry, and refund status. These records allow subscription operation, restoration, and analytics. Purchase history can be associated with the same pseudonymous profile.

Advertising-identifier collection and IP-address collection are disabled in our Adapty SDK configuration. Network service providers still process network addresses as needed to deliver their services. This app does not show advertisements or use cross-app advertising tracking. Permissions and local preferences

Camera permission is used when you scan documents. Photo selection and file import are initiated by you through Apple's system pickers. Document lock uses Apple's device authentication; the app does not receive your biometric templates or device passcode. Appearance, onboarding choices, and subscription prompt preferences are stored locally.

Support

If you email support, we receive your email address and whatever information you choose to include, and use it to answer your request. Please do not include confidential documents, biometric information, passwords, or payment details.

Sharing, retention, and security

We use Apple and Adapty for the purposes described above. We do not sell your document contents or personal information, or share it for targeted advertising. Local documents remain until you delete them, remove the app, or restore a backup. Subscription and support records are kept as needed to provide services and meet applicable platform, legal, accounting, and security obligations. Providers may process information in countries other than yours. No storage or transmission system is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You can revoke camera permission in iOS Settings, delete local documents, export copies, and manage subscriptions through your Apple Account. Deleting the app does not cancel subscriptions or erase Apple purchase history. To request access, correction, deletion, or other applicable privacy rights concerning records we control, contact the support email above. We may need information that identifies the relevant subscription or support request. Depending on your location, you may also contact a data protection authority. We respond subject to applicable legal obligations.

Children and changes

The app is a general document utility and is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information. If these practices change, we will update this policy and its effective date and provide additional notice where required.
