LensCue Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of the LensCue iOS app. By downloading, accessing, or using LensCue, you agree to these Terms and to Apple's applicable App Store terms.
1. App License
LensCue is licensed, not sold, to you. Unless we provide a separate custom end user license agreement, your use of LensCue is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
2. What LensCue Does
LensCue helps creators draft scripts, read teleprompter prompts near the camera, record takes, organize recordings, and prepare content for sharing. Features may change as the product evolves.
3. Your Content
You keep ownership of scripts, recordings, and other content you create with LensCue. You are responsible for your content, including permissions from people appearing in recordings, music or third-party material, advertising claims, and compliance with platform rules where you publish.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use LensCue to violate laws, infringe rights, record people without required consent, distribute harmful or deceptive content, reverse engineer the app except where law allows it, or interfere with the app's services or subscription systems.
5. Subscriptions and Purchases
LensCue may offer free and paid features. In-app purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple. Subscription prices, trial terms, renewal periods, and cancellation options are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple Account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies.
6. Privacy
Our privacy practices are described in the LensCue Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how permissions, recordings, subscriptions, and optional tracking are handled.
7. Third-Party Services
LensCue may rely on Apple services and, where enabled, third-party subscription or analytics providers such as Adapty. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
8. Disclaimers
LensCue is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free recordings, specific creator results, revenue, audience growth, or acceptance by any social platform. Use professional judgment before publishing content created with the app.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LensCue and its publisher will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost recordings, business interruption, or publishing outcomes arising from your use of the app.
10. Termination
You may stop using LensCue at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to features if you violate these Terms, misuse the app, or if required by law or platform rules.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms as LensCue changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
